Their more famous products are the Welsh Dragon Chilli Chutney – sweet but with a major kick – and the Snowdon Pickle. The Celtic Kitchen is a family run business, and their products use locally grown produce, as well as wild foods that they have foraged from around the Isle of Anglesey.
They are all hand prepared and made in small batches to ensure they are of deliciously high quality, leading to some wonderful varieties and flavours of jams, conserves and marmalades, chutneys and pickles, cordials and syrups, and even savoury jellies.
The Celtic Kitchen is particularly keen on using rare heritage varieties, which means that they will likely have a wide range of products that you’ve never had the pleasure of tasting before. The plum and damson Snowdon Pickle is a particular favourite, but if you want something a bit different, try and go when the tayberries are in season.
