Cariad Bakery was founded in 2017 by Sara and Lydia, Mother and Daughter, in Coedana on Beautiful Anglesey. Both are qualified chefs and Sara is an extremely experienced Environmental Health Officer, with an expertise in Food Safety.Neither can eat gluten and Sara cannot consume cows dairy products. Hence all of the scrummy cakes and bakes are naturally gluten free and some products are dairy free. Our kitchen is completely gluten free. We have been told that we are the best cooks and that our cakes are amazing and we want to share them with you.
